Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your W6shap pieces. If something is not right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and any hygiene liner intact.
• For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email us at support@w6shap.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with simple instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will approve your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Start a return and place a new order, or email us and we will help you find your perfect fit.

Faulty or wrong items

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
